Please fill out the Class Registration Waiver if you are attending a Tumbling or Stunting class for the first time, or it is your first private tumbling lesson. You can either drop the form off in the office or hand it to the instructor that is working with you/your team. There is a one-time $25 Insurance fee when registering for the first time.
